Pjay Is one of if not the best clutch players I have seen at Furman in all my years of watching FU basketball. Not only the buzzer beaters but he made shot after shot when we needed a basket all year long. Hope his basketball career is not over. Thanks Pjay. The same could be said for Nick Anderson, same to you, it was great having you for a brief time just wish it could have been longer. Thanks Nick! Lastly to Garrett Hein, thanks for the effort you put in and congrats for the 100+ wins. All the best to you all.

Well said. Garrett contributed the greatest free throws, steal, and assist in Furman history! That will be hard to ever forget.

They will all be missed!!

I wish for their sake that they had gotten to
play in the NCAA tournament!!! So so close!!
Yes me too, but they just join a long list of very good players that never got the chance, 44 of the last 45 years have ended this way. They were so close so I imagine they are hurting a little more than others. Only one I can think of that was worse off the top of my head would be Alex Hunter who was one second away in 2022 from going to the tournament.

On the bright side they have all been apart of some great teams here that had really good records and some fun wins!

Not everybody at the Mid-Major level will get to go to the tournament, guess that's what makes it feel so thrilling when you do get the chance ;)
