Have we ever made it past the semis in the tourney under CBR?
We had 3 guards. Bothwell, Hunter, Kenney. Should have had Slawson in the game. Usually thats where your pt guard drives all the way to basketball to dish it off or go for the layup and if lucky get fouled

Hind sight is 20/20 but Hunter gave it up too early.

I hope JP Pegues is primed for minutes next year because I have little faith in our guards behind Hunter and Bothwell. We really lack quality there - it's a huge dropoff.

Agree, glad that Hunter is coming back. We currently do not have an adequate replacement.
I know some think Anderson will be a good player, but I haven't really seen it. Turns it over a lot. Hunter was way ahead of the curve as a ball handler his freshman year.
This was crushing... 7 seconds from accomplishing something for the 1st time in 40 years. Ultimately though, we wind up in the same spot as every season, win 3 in Asheville and we'll forget about this. We have the team and coach necessary to do it, I just hope they still believe, because I sure as heck do.
Are ppl on here serious about P5 schools looking at our coach? No offense to him because I’m sure he has a bright future but you have to win important games year after year before big programs come to talk. At the time out why didnt we switch to a zone? Make them at least make a shot, instead we stay man to man and they drive right to thd basket like they did all night.
I imagine BR was concerned Storm would drive through the zone uncontested - wanted someone on him at all times.
On their last two possessions, Wofford got an uncontested dunk and a put back . Unacceptable. We did not play good defense on the uncontested dunk. We cannot give them an offensive rebound for an easy put back. Unacceptable. We did not make them hit a difficult shot.
Meanwhile, Gurley hit a 3 point shot to give us the lead , which was a pressure shot.
We find ways to lose against Wofford. Apparently, they have now beat us 24 out of the last 31 in basketball.

We played good defense. Held them to 60% shooting(mainly layups) and 45% from 3.
