While these podcasts are fine, there is not enough discussion on how the team is developing, discussion of individual player development, etc. Talking about the program as a whole is great but give the fans some nuggets on individual players - who is standing out, who is making big leaps in the preseason.

My guess is Dan will cover these points in his next interview with CBR. Perfect timing to discuss team & individual player development in the offseason. Official practice starts Monday! Wahoo!!
