I think you are assuming Furman loses to Wofford and beats Citadel. If Citadel came within 0.2 sec of beating UTC on the road do you not believe that anything can happen in the SOCON and the the outcome of the next 2 games is not assured?

I say beat Citadel and beat Wofford.

Beating The Citadel is the only thing that matters at this point.

Some key games upcoming this week in the league. We host the Citadel and Wofford travels to improving Western Carolina on Wednesday. Huge showdown game between Chattanooga and UNCG at Greensboro on Thursday..A UNCG win causes a first place tie. The Paladins go to Wofford Saturday. Also Samford on the road at UNCG, and Chattanooga finishes on the road at VMI after just surviving the Citadel Saturday.

Thoughts on seeding in tourney? Assuming we take care of business overthe next two games, we are in the 4-5 matchup in Asheville. Or could end up in the #6 spot with a loss to Wofford. Likely 4-5 matchup against ETSU or 3-6 matchup against Samford. The only thing I dislike about the 4-5 matchup is we would be playing at 8:30 pm on Saturday. Not a big fan of that time. Then you get the early 4 pm game on Sunday against UTC, if they win. Regardless, I like our chances against UTC in a 3rd game.
