The standing room will incorporate the 360 concourse with bar top seating, the party decks, and I would assume the suites. The 2500 number would be general admission. Plenty of room most nights, and we maintain The Well as a connection to Greenville for larger capacity games. Why is this still a discussion? The plans are already in motion.

Why would we want extra seating just for it to be potentially empty? Some of the best arenas in college basketball are smaller venues that build an intimidating environment (IE Cameron Indoor). If we have a big game just play it at the well

Those that keep complaining about decisions made concerning Timmons Arena should give up their season tickets to make room for those that love Furman and Furman basketball.

I did the tour today. It was excellent. They have thought of everything. It was surprising to see the wood floor already down as there is much left to get completed. Hoopla, the video boards will be on each end. The construction is on target to be completed in time for next season. I left there more excited than ever to get back to Timmons.
