Why is Furman always the first and quickest to postpone games due to weather? Every other area team played today without problems. FU could have to. One thing you can never rely on is weather forecasts.
I am so glad Dan ignores your question recommendations. You love to criticize every decision made by Furman. They made the right call based on the information given to them. Besides, aren’t we still playing the game? Are you not able to attend on Monday night?
I apaladin's criticism is valid. I and a friend had arranged to get several guys together to go to the game - several who would travel from out of town to attend and were excited about the Wofford matchup. Because of the reschedule to Monday, I have a weekly obligation that means I cannot attend, and most of them cannot attend now either. My season tickets will go to waste for that game. In our opinion, FU used an OVER abundance of caution which seemed laughable after the fact, given that the main roads in and around Greenville were not only passable but mostly DRY by late morning Saturday.

Sorry you can’t make it. The move to Monday will definitely hurt attendance.

I'm hopeful a good student turnout will make up the difference. It will hopefully keep some Woffies away too.

Why haven't the AD's and college presidents made a united front against the NCAA and demanded an end to this portal nonsense?

That ship has sailed. The NCAA settled a Federal lawsuit joined by 10 states alleging antitrust violations . The settlement allowed athletes to transfer at their discretion . The Wild West of college transfers is here for a while.

Thanks Dan for answering my questions. Yes it was tongue in cheek about the pjay free throw, lol. It’s a little disturbing to hear about a campus vocal minority group against football making waves.

Missed it

I can’t use YouTube and Waze together in the car where I do all of my listening.

Every other podcast seems to be available in all platforms.

Even Dan Scott’s religious podcast is available on apple podcast, pod bean, Spotify, Amazon music, I heart radio, player fm, pod chaser and boom play

I can’t be the only disappointed Furman fan. It can’t be very expensive to give Furman supporters more convenient options for accessing FU sports info.

Today was a typical day
Up at 0500
Drive 0530-700
Work 0700-1630
Drive 1630-1800
Eat
Sleep
repeat

So much easier to listen to Apple Podcasts while I drive.

I feel like apaladin - posting about something no one else seems to care about.

1.5 hour commute each day each way? Wow. Life’s too short for that. Praying you find a new job or home!

Can’t you listen to the youtube while driving? You could bring it up on your phone.
