I think most teams now know that we really only have two shooters - Smith and. Anderson. Shut em down and that leaves very little for FU. We are just not a very athletic team. We look slow on the defensive side of the ball.

Exactly right, you beat me to it. For a team that loves the 3 we only have a couple that are consistent. Of the 5 starters only 2 can score. The other 3 are offensively challenged to say the least. At least we kept it under 20.  Total embarrassment.

how many "layups" were missed in the 1H? They hit those and its a 10 pt game at the H

Probably less. Don’t understand why pjay changes to his left hand on layuos. He had 2 wide open layups but switched to his left hand and missed both. Of course many others missed layups.

We need finishers.

The secret is out. To shut us down pressure our shooters and play aggressive D on the perimeter. That SHOULD leave us open on back door cuts or drives but right now we don’t have a “Clay Mounce” that can get to the rim and finish. Vanderwal and Molnar haven’t been able to be that and Bronson has disappeared offensively. Can House be that guy?

Hein and Bowser have different skills inside but are both decent in their own ways. But is having them on the court together clogging things up inside?

Need Bronson and his skill set to emerge on the offensive side and figure out our inside game to loosen things up for our shooters.

worried about ETSU. Woofy was very physical vs Dins. They will look like altar boys compared to what ETSU will bring

Only one on Dins willing to get in there is Hughey but he is not shifty enough to avoid fouls

January 13, 2025 was “Craig Melvin Day” at Wofford College and at the NBC Today Show at Rockefeller Center in New York - where it was unofficially (?) Wofford College Day.
Wofford extended a great day by making January 13, 3025, Wofford College Day in Greenville by Wofford Men’s Basketball beating Furman at Bon Secours Wellness Arena.
Congratulations Wofford.
Most impressive.
And Congratulations Craig Melvin!
Truly wonderful!
