If it's his non-shooting hand, he could probably still play but the risk of reinjury is there. Generally a dislocation takes about 6 weeks to heal, but with right treatment should be back on the court within 3 weeks or so.

RIght, im pretty sure he came back in after the initial injury, but landed on it again later before sitting the rest of the game
