Can someone who was at the game or watched the replay say if there were any injuries at todays game? I heard Matt and Xavier went down a couple of times.

We had at least 5 players go down with injuries and leave the game. All of them were able to come back, some noticeably limping. Very gutsy kids. Aside from the ones you mentioned, Blackshear missed several series and both the center and left tackle were in the tent at one point. Didn't miss a beat. If our kicking game did not completely implode we would have won by twenty over a very good team.

Correct. 75 could use some rest. Assuming we take care of business we still have a lot of football to play. He was absolutely gutting it out. These last year players came back for this and you can see their will to win pouring out. It will be a real balancing act down the stretch to find some quarters of rest for some of that old guys while keeping the team sharp.

The center (63) went down for a play. 74 came in for the first time in a few games. We promptly ran behind him at the goal line for a TD.

It also looks like 65 who steeped in a LG for the season injured 51 last week did a mighty fine job. 69 also stepped in for 75 at LT at times and also never missed a beat.

Ditto, on all the above.

One more player needs some big kudos.
True Freshman Brock Chappell (41) got rolled early in the game and played the entire game with a limp.
he was still out there in the backfield blocking. He looks like a gem of a TE.

Furman had a couple of dudes out there you knew were banged up and just battling.

Played a ton of snaps. Hardly remember him off the field.
