I am thinking the figures I posted yesterday by mistake were the final totals for last year, which was $31,798 for basketball. If so, that is quite a jump. Well done, Furman basketball fans. Go Paladins!FU Hoopla wrote: ↑Wed Apr 26, 2023 8:07 amTop 2 most money raised:

Correct…and Football’s largest Annual Fundraiser starts this Friday and continues well into Saturday…with another Football Fundraiser in Atlanta on 5/15. Most of the Football peeps FUBeAR talked to threw a l’il sumpin’ sumpin’ at Dins Day to support the participation #’s / ratios, but have/do/and plan to donate/d more meaningful $ amounts around other fundraising ‘events.’Davemeister wrote: ↑Wed Apr 26, 2023 9:16 amFU Hoopla wrote: ↑Wed Apr 26, 2023 8:07 amTop 2 most money raised:

I gave to both funds, so I'm calling this a win-win.
Football folks may have been holding back because Season Tix are fixing to go on sale.
The annual Vince Perone Golf Tournament slated for this weekend typically generates $80-100k for football operations. Hats off to all for the generous Din's Day contributions to Furman athletics.FUBeAR wrote: ↑Wed Apr 26, 2023 9:29 amCorrect…and Football’s largest Annual Fundraiser starts this Friday and continues well into Saturday…with another Football Fundraiser in Atlanta on 5/15. Is there any truth to the story that Vince Perone objected to and stopped Al Daniel from being named as the head basketball coach when we hired tht little guy from VMI?FUPlayer74 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 26, 2023 9:36 amThe annual Vince Perone Golf Tournament slated for this weekend typically generates $80-100k for football operations. Basketball also has been generating donor funds towards Timmons which is headed towards the finish line soon!
