Samford- Respect the school, good energetic fanbase, had too many tough games w them over the past decade- love seeing them lose.
Citadel - Respect our unique "sister" institution, don't respect the teams. A little love for the triple option, but they killed our horse and they are still the enemy.
Wofford - Don't respect the school, don't respect the teams, they had a good run in the 2010s and they need to quickly resume their place in athletic obscurity. Never, ever lose to any team from Spartanburg.
ETSU - Fun, competitive games that we should win every year. Mostly nice fans, cool town to visit on the road. No ill will.
WCU - Competitive games, mostly peaceful fans -love to travel to Cullawhee. Respect their teams' athleticism but always confident our preparation and mental game is better. That said, they occasionally embarrass us. (Ingle Martin's 5 interceptions, the OT game a couple seasons ago, the awful BB game on NYE)
Chattanooga - Great competition. No hate for them, but love beating the big state school - especially since they're pretty much transfer-U now.
Mercer - Respect the school and the program. Also love the fact that we're the main reason they can't get over the "hump" in the postseason. Great venues for FB and BB if you're bored enough to go to Maconga.
VMI - Those poor bastards
UNCG - Really don't like these guys.
