Just wonderng if we might have rushed this a little. Plenty of players we have contated are still uncomitted and new players are entering everyday. Only had one chance so I will trust CBR made the right decision.

Smith has some similarity to Garrison, shorter guard with good shooting, passing, rebounding, defense. Strong addition for sure and a good fit as a 2 in Furman's scheme.

And, I noticed he gets some rebounds too. In fact, he is listed as G/F on the Lee U roster sheet.

Regarding starters next year I was thinking we would slide Foster to the SG spot and have Williams at SF and Vanderwal at PF, but this makes me wonder if we will have Smith start at SG or be first guard off the bench for scoring punch.........

With JP, P Jay, Foster and Alex Williams we have the potential of 4 40% 3 pt shooters on the perimeter.

Smith will almost certainly start at the 2, Foster at 3. Williams plays starter minutes as 6th man.

9th rotation spot probably goes down to Molnar vs. Repass, though maybe the latter could be a 10th rotation guy for certain situations. Hard to see how either freshman would see time except injury.
