I used to go to Timmons expecting to win. Now I go hoping the other team doesn’t play well and we can eek out a win. There is a big difference. Almost dread the games now fearing a loss. :shock: Seems like we always get everyone’s best shot but I guess our porous defense has a lot to do with that.

Exactly. CBR said we are getting everybody's best shot due to our elevated rating and our lack of defensive intensity is naturally resulting in higher opponent FG% & 3PT%

I imagine this statistic is not relevant to whether we win or lose Saturday, but it’s a fact that WU has been in the NCAA Tournament 11 (eleven) times since FU has been there.

……and they have won 4 of the last 5 including the last 2 seasons when we had arguably our best teams. Anyone that thinks this game will be easy is wrong. I will take a one point win right now,

To have 11 NCAA appearances they have a pretty pitiful sized fan base, kinda drawing bad Wofftard like numbers, most nights not even bringing in 1k

We would have won more than that many had we been in the Big South.
