That said—Jace's move to redshirt himself at a time when Furman was working back from injury Tyler Huff had to cause a lot of behind-the-scenes adversity.
I once had a co-worker decide at the last minute not to fly with our team to make a significant creative presentation because that person disagreed with the team's creative decision on the pitch. It left our team a bit rattled and less confident.
I have no idea how Jace's decision affected the team. But it couldn't have been positive. Kudos to the team for actually improving game by game.
