Personally with an 0-16 team and then basically making them 3-2 to finish I would give him a yearFUwolfpacker wrote: ↑Mon Nov 21, 2022 12:07 pmTechnically 3 with Wofford not being a done deal for Watson yet, right? Maybe I missed something.
I think they might have considered it until they got steamrolled by their most hated rival this past Saturday...gofurman wrote: ↑Mon Nov 21, 2022 12:44 pmPersonally with an 0-16 team and then basically making them 3-2 to finish I would give him a yearFUwolfpacker wrote: ↑Mon Nov 21, 2022 12:07 pmTechnically 3 with Wofford not being a done deal for Watson yet, right? Just took DC Job at Troy this 2022 season. Prior Troy DC made $300k+. Would imagine Wood got more. Let’s, conservatively, say $325.The Jackal wrote: ↑Mon Nov 21, 2022 1:01 pmgofurman wrote: ↑Mon Nov 21, 2022 12:44 pmPersonally with an 0-16 team and then basically making them 3-2 to finish I would give him a yearFUwolfpacker wrote: ↑Mon Nov 21, 2022 12:07 pmTechnically 3 with Wofford not being a done deal for Watson yet, right? I wouldn't give anyone a single year. Wofford is going to have to rebuild that entire program like Furman had to do after Bruce Fowler. It'll be a 4 or 5 year rebuild.
I cannot imagine there's a huge list of folks lining up to take over a struggling program at one of the smallest D1 schools.
I still think the Terriers should look at the guy they passed up last time - Shiel Wood. Spartanburg native and former Wofford player and coach.
