FWIW, FU has never (at least going back to 2013) launched very well with KenPom. Here are the KenPoms on or about 11-16 for the past several years:
11-15-18: 147
11-15-19: 72
11-25-20: 78 (CoVID late start)
11-15-21: 101
11-16-22: 63

Anyone remember what our KenPom was when we were 12-0 and ranked?

Here are the figures just before the twelfth win on 15 Dec 18 (I don't have the figures for just before the loss at LSU on 21 Dec 18):

Yeah, KenPom wasn't buying our AP ranking. I was too excited about the LSU game and forgot to record the various rankings the day of the game. IIRC KenPom dipped us below 100 for LSU, but when we got sent home with our tail between our legs we jumped back up to 102 and then promptly lost to ETSU as well, resulting in a KenPom of 118 to begin the 2019 New Year.

As of midnight even after the loss the Paladins moved up one spot to #61. PSU moved up 3 to #35.
