What happened to Frank Selvy Appreciation Night? Rescheduled for Friday night?
I asked several “in the know” people the same question. No one knew what I was talking about. Strange.
Several folks said it was mentioned in the second half by the PA guy that it was rescheduled for Friday night.

Would love to know why-better crowd and team Friday night, Frank sick etc. ?

If anythng was said about Frank Selvy night, I didn’t hear it. After Slawson came back the doc/trainer came back and took him back to the locker room and this time he came back with ice on it. A very, very small sample size but the concerns of losing Hunter and Connelly were verified tonight. The 2 threes we did make early were from MB. No one else was coming close. Ended up going 5-25 with the other 3 coming very late from Hein and 2 from Whitt. Last year we had 22 threes vs. NG. To tell you the truth the most impressive FU player tonight besides the 2 stars was freshman Ben Vanderwahl. He was first off the bench and you can see why. Wouldn’t be surprised if he is a starter before the season ends. I assume he starts in JS’s place Friday. He just looks like a ballplayer.

I like the new uniforms. Not a fan of not having CBR on the radio postgame this year.

Figure he's sharing the wealth. He'll appear on the pre-game show and he'll appear on the post-game presser (though not on the radio):

I liked the rotation of players and the game was in our hands since five minutes in.

I think we were all waiting for a spark or a streak, something to show off. What I saw was consistent basketball. We never let up and there were no “slumps”. Full rotation of our roster.

I was actually impressed with a lot of our looks and rebounds. Great game to start the year.

My stats from last night are not the same. DINS were definitely over 50% FG

FG:36-67 = 53.7%
3PT: 5-25 = 20%

Also 78% FT.
Yours are correct. I see now that I was referencing NGU's stats for that, instead of FU's.
