My impression of JR is the more I listen to him talk and watch him in practice and coaching. He doesn't F around.
His interview is also a wake-up call — he has high expectations.
Players will have to compete and earn playing time.
I also love the point on mixing it up and learning from failure.
Both of these interviews fire me up!
