Parham hit 33 and 40% of his threes in his two years at VMI, Good for most SGs.
That was 4 and 5 seasons ago, its been rough ever since the last 3 years for him, 2020 30%, 2021 33% and now coming off injury in 2022, not what I would want to see from someone who stands 5'10 trying to play SG if I am a coach trying to win games.

Wouldn't Jake Stevens VMI>>>UTC be a candidate for first team all SoCon and possibly even POY?

In my opinion, so far, ETSU has only one recruit of note, Jeremy Gregory from Oak Hill Academy. Cupboard still looks bare here and fans are hungry.
Yes, of course he is, when that original list was posted I was thinking Stephens was going Europe Pro ball or P6 transfer. Here is my updated top 10 list:
(I don't think Malachi Smith and Ques Glover will be back in the SoCon next season)

Mike Bothwell
Jalen Slawson
BJ Mack
Jake Stephens
Jermaine Marshall

Other candidates:
Jordan King
Logan Dye
Marcus Foster
James Glisson III

Sure he's a good player, but lets not pretend he is a winner, most games he ever won at VMI was 16, second most was 13 lol

Smith will have to sit a year, correct?
No, he is immediately eligible

The first time he transferred from Wright St. to UTC he sat out the 2019-2020 season, so he will not have to sit out this time

He has played 3 years but one year was a covid year so he still has 2 years left to play
