Update. I looked at the wrong date. Stonemd’s original post had the latest ratings. At this point, I am glad they are still ahead of us.

Unfortunately, that loss probably eliminates any fringe chance of a 2 bid SoCon... Oh well - we probably already knew that wasn't going to happen.

I watched the last 9 minutes of the Sammy-Chatty game. Sammy tried every way they could to lose that game. They had an 11 point lead with 3:42 left. Their offensive execution was on choke, they turned it over, they couldn't get the ball in bounds near the end and when they did they struggled to get it across the time line.

But what they did do was play stellar defense, especially denying the ball into the post. Chatty turned it over several times trying to get the ball to De Sousa. Almost every Chatty shot was heavily contested. Jean-Baptist took 20 shots and scored 31 points and everyone else sucked. That's too many shots for one player IMHO.

Chatty wilted under pressure late in the game on the road.
