UTC wins the tie break (2-0 vs VMI while we are 1-1). We do need UTC to lose another game if we want the #1 seed.

Now if Mercer beats UTC once we definitely will want to support Mercer finishing above VMI.

UTC hasn't beaten VMI twice. They have only played once so far.

Currently VMI would not figure in the tie-breaker as Mercer is in third and a game ahead of VMI and also holds the tiebreaker with VMI as Mercer won the first game with one to play. If UTC wins both games with Mercer and the one left with VMI it could.
