Pretty sure this role will include oversight of TheUFFP. Heard getting this place back in line will be the #1 item on his agenda!

…but seriously, FUBeAR hopes Mr. Ingraham will look to what ADJD has already done, and continue to expand upon the really good things FU Athletics has begun doing on the ol’ “Engagement Meter.”

It's encouraging that we're able to attract such a seemingly well qualified candidate for a new position. Shows a level of administrative support that a few on this site have questioned.

I was thinking that he would be insuring that all members of the Athletic Department that are having affairs are not having them with University employees. All affairs must be with someone outside the School.

DPLOT

This individual needs to come in with a Lt. Col. Flagg attitude and mentality. Obviously something is going on.

Salary probably equivalent to entire baseball coaching staff

Wish someday they would publish ROI of this position along with some others
It (ROI of this position) would be much more than you seem to imply. By the way, at TTU, he had a staff of 16. He might be fortunate if he has a staff of 4 at FU.
It is good that we are able to have such positions and people filling them (who have the experience and knowledge) like our new SAADEA, and like Erin Wissing, and like Jason Donnelly, etc. Let’s hope we can keep good people like them for as long as possible.
And by the way, I have not seen any objective, fact-based ROI from the former baseball program.
I believe the overall ROI on this SAADEA position and staff and related expenditures and related products and outcomes will be significantly greater than ROI of the baseball program - maybe even to the extent that we can at some point in time reinstate baseball along with new women’s programs desired and necessary for gender equity.
