Anyone get to hear CBR on the postgame. Mine went out and never could get it to come back on. Would like to hear what he said if anything about AW and JL. Correct me if I’m wrong but this is the second game in a row JL has not been with the team.

That’s correct. Not sure about AW

Lawerence was on the bench for the PC game.

Apparently the comparison with Belmont was spot on. Furman-Belmont was an even up game. Belmont-Samford was plus 21 at the half, 12 at the end.Samford about 20 points worse without Glover and Kaifes it seems. They looked terrible tonight. Are they really that dependent to one guy?

In other games - VMI 80-73 Wofford. Miss. State handed Arkansas their third loss of the year. Alabama won a big game over Tennessee with a huge game from Noah Gurley - 20 pts. and 10 rebounds off the bench.

Will be interesting when the Net comes out in the morning. Somehow WC has moved 50 spots ahead of Furman which is hard to explain. They have 0 quad 1 or quad 2 wins when FU has 1. The only thing I can think of is they have had a couple of blowout wins against lesser opponents. Their Georgia win does not look good as GW beat the crap out of Georgia tonight.

Interesting, indeed: Wofford slips 22 in the Net (from 78 to 100), while FU gains 16 (from 117 to 101). The result is the Net has us one back of the bastages.

In other news, KenPom now has FU at 112 and Wofford at 110.

Certainly seems that way. Even then, if you are a contending team, you should be able to put up more of an effort regardless of who is on the floor for you.

Good statement home win for Furman. Timmons Arena has become a tough place for SoCon teams to win.

Hoping this game is a harbinger for how we play the Conference. A full team effort with Anderson, Garrison, & Hien showing up big.

Will be interesting to see if Pugh or Pegues takes over that 9th man spot on the rotation
