Wofford's Mulligan breaks loose for a 40+ TD run. Samford 24-21 Wofford - early in the 4th quarter.

They should have gone for it, obvious mistake in my opinion. Wofford doesn't have the offense for a 2 minute drill.

Wofford is, intelligently, trying to actually give the ball to their best player, Mulligan.

On the last drive, Wofford's QB threw the ball 7 yards short on a deep ball to an open receiver, then spiked a smoke route to a WR, then blew a nice run by pitching the ball forward instead of backwards.

I'm not sure Wofford will beat any other team on their schedule, including Western.
As mich as I loved our win over Woff and hate Woff this in bold was my point. I put them as a two win SoCon team and people gave me crap. If they don’t win today they are 0-4 in conference. My 2-6 conference prediction may have been generous. They stink.

Again, great win and we beat them senseless. But they ain’t good

Wofford 41 yard FG attempt on the last play of the game falls short. Samford wins. Terriers' third string QB, a freshman playing his first college game looked good after he entered the game.

Did Wofford insert back up QB voluntarily? If so they may get better. I watched first half (in person !) and they stunk. They apparently came roaring back and I noticed they switched qbs.

Was it choice or injuris??

VMI RB Raymond goes 80 yards untouched up the middle on 1st down, VMI 21 Mercer 0.

This could be a big day for Furman with a win over the Citadel. If ETSU and Mercer lose, the conference race is wide open.

I think a lot of Coach Cronic.

At the same time, I am interested to see what happens when teams are able to adjust to him. To this point in his career, he's never been one place as a playcaller for very long.
