Anecdotal? I just quoted numbers from the link you provided and obesity data that is readily available.
It is great that your student body is so fit! At most schools athletes with DI potential are noticeably more fit than the average student. But not at your school. I guess this is anecdotal since I can’t cite a specific federal report, but lots of people think athletic training improves health and causes athletes to be more healthy than non athletes. It isn’t just me. But it isn’t mentioned in any cdc report I can point to so I guess it isn’t true after all. Glad Sandor Molnar isn’t around to hear that.
Obviously athletes who have underlying conditions (asthma, diabetes, obesity etc) need to be vaccinated. I made it very clear that I was talking about the other 90+ percent. Also I never said vaccination was not appropriate. Never said anything like that. Said the opposite. I suggested that the evidence is not so overwhelming as to make a clear cut case for mandatory vaccination. Has the CDC said otherwise?
