Presbyterian picks up a game with Lindsey Wilson College, an NAIA school, for next Saturday in Clinton. Lindsey Wilson, it appears, had their contest canceled by Florence as well.

PC only had 10 games scheduled this season before Florence. Glad to see them replace that, instead of playing only 9.

I wonder if there any ncaa rules about playing a minimum # of games...

Anyone heard any rumors or even facts? With each day passing seems more and more likely we will play only 10 games this week.

Based on this article, we are probably looking at 10 games this year. Stetson apparently isn't interested. So that leaves UNC and Southern Miss, both of which would be away games. Neither were mentioned in the story.

As of now it appears that we need to focus on getting a solid win vs ETSU, then same vs WCU; after which we will have worked so hard and so smartly as to NEED 10/6 off.

It is what it is.

Fortunately, even though we may only have 4 home games, they are sandwiched in the middle of the season, so we may well have four of the next five games at home plus another bye week prior to our arguably two toughest contests.

According to CCH we are not going to have a game 10/6. He said they were even willing to go on the road. A little communication from FU would be nice so we could quit hoping for a game.

Isn’t that what just happened?
I guess if you were one of the 20 people listening to the CCH show tonight. If not then no. They could at least email the season ticket holders, or simply send out a one sentence press release.

Apparently season ticket holders will be getting an extra ticket to the Wofford game. It appears to be a 1for1 deal.

I’d rather get 1 for 1 for homecoming. That’s when I’ll have extra folks in town for the game.

1 for 1 seems the easy way out...how about picking up a choice of away games for season ticket holders - Citadel or Mercer.
That would require an outlay of cash. Not likely to happen.
