not sure we have another QB to put in there...sad
We don’t even pretend like we are going to throw the ball and our running game is nonexistent. What an easy offense to defend.
We are reaping the benefits of bad QB recruiting. Ive been called out for saying this but see for yourself, and no we have no one else to put in. But to be fair our play calling is just hortible. We really think we can beat people by just running up the middle 70 percent of the time.
1. We have historically thrown the ball 30 yards toward the sideline for a 3 yard potential gain. Risky; it's just not a good play design.
2. Wynn has gained weight and lost a step (or more). We don't seem to have explosive play capability so far this season.
3. Has Bell fielded a punt in the air yet? He seems to not feel comfortable back there. Costing us starting point yardage.
4. Why do we run options into the short side when we need to get our guys in space?
5. We seem to spend a lot of effort to run personnel packages in & out (complicating) and then run up the middle. Seems like we could do that with same personnel package?
6. Clock management and play selection poor so far.

We're just a bad offensive football team - not sure I've seen such uninspiring football in a long time. Our QB would not be a starter anywhere else - hard to believe Grainger lost out. Hard to watch this brand of football and not yawn. Something has to change.

I know. Let’s complete a few passes and win this thing.
Now I’m not gonna say our offense doesn’t suck or anything, BUT we are in this game. I think we are going to win it. This QB has to be a running threat, and this week he is. Maybe since it works every time we’ll start passing over the middle more. Those are easy passes he can do and they keep the linebackers back.

2nd and 5 and we run two pass plays incomplete??? We're running at times when we should pass and passing when we should run. 2nd and 5; run the ball 3x if you need to. Unreal.
