My son noticed this. Check out the photo in the upper right hand corner of this picture. Looks like a updated Timmons. Probably trying to get former players to contribute to the effort.

If the recent Charging Forward Campaign raised $5M with a goal of $1M, imagine if a campaign was started to renovate Timmons?

There is already a "silent" campaign to renovate Timmons. It's in the seed money stage. As soon as the seed funds are raised, there will be a public announcement and official campaign. Anyone that wants to contribute funds now, can do so by contacting Furman.
Tear down Timmons. Build a replica of The Brown Box but modernized. Make sure to replicate the popcorn smell when you walk through the turnstile into the lobby.

Cutting the baseball team saved the university from closing the doors. With the millions and millions saved by cutting baseballl, you would think there would be a few mil lying around that could be used for Timmons.
