If you don’t follow @FurmanHoops or @CoachRichey on Twitter, you are missing a lot. This is a powerful message from Bob after the game last night. Guys, we are lucky to have him as the Head Basketball Coach at Furman. He needs our support. He needs better support from marketing and the administration too.

After watching that video, if you held a gun to my head and said choose Niko or Richey, I'd say Richey.

Before the video I'd have said Niko no question.

At some point we are going to have to pony up to keep him. He's a great fit for us and will only improve as a HC.

Watching Bob talk about the program on the video was fantastic. As Jackal said I am very proud to have him as our HC and hopefully he will be for many years. He speaks from the heart and after watching the video I can understand why he is such a great recruiter and coach.

It’s ironic that Sibley’s last 2 points at Timmons were free throws. Maybe that’s a good sign for the rest of this season.

Furman is very fortunate to have had Niko as HC and now Bob Richey. BR is a great coach and a wonderful representative of Furman. We need to provide as much support as possible to keep the basketball program growing! Coaches like BR are not easily replaced.
