I thought I'd start a thread to collect updates as the Dins are in spring practice mode and after the holidays Furman will start preseason practice for the spring season.
First off the roster is continuing to be updated with weight listings. IMO one update stands out redshirt freshman Jack Barton (DE) is now listed at 6-4 255. Jack is Hollis Barton's nephew and was heavily recruited 20 offers, 8 from FCS schools.
My gut is telling me Furman has a very underrated defensive front. Coleman (6-3 304) is my pick for having an impact season in 2021. With another big dude with a motor in the trenches, Seth Johnson (6-1 291) Coach Kevin Lewis has a lot to work with.

The nose guard on this play blows up the play - taking the center down, my guess is based on the size it's Coleman or Johnson. #55 is Johanning who stands his man up. Whoever the nose guard is a helluva play.
In the next video, we see a bigger Wane Anderson (21) now listed at 196 pounds tote the ball.
A few things to point out on this video, blocking in the center front is Ben Page now playing TE. Page looks pretty darn good moving out the defender. McKoy is tangled up with my guess Devin Abrams. Other players of note #91 is a PWO TE Tyler McCarthy (6-5 216) Tyler was to play Football and Lacrosse at FU. Also, I think the player tangled up with Page is Evan DiMaggio.
