This creates some big problems
1. Problem for CBR. Who and how does CBR play this loaded lieup?
2. Problem for SoCon. 2nd wave of lineup will be tough to handle
3. Problem for NCAA tourney if Dins get a 13 seed or higher. Dins will expose seeding when they take out the 5th or 6th seed

It's beyond selfish on their part. The NCAA reported almost $63.5 million in outside legal expenses in fiscal 2025 - it will be a lot more in 2026. It does not include the salaries and benefits of the NCAA’s in-house lawyers. In fiscal 2025 alone, the NCAA recorded $372.25 million in legal-settlement expense. Crazy!
It will be interesting to see if the Ohio Supreme Court comes to a decision quickly or whether this drags out for some time. Glad to see that House will now be able to play. Hopefully for the duration of the year.
