Anna Morgan - North/South Golf Tournament

Anna Morgan has advanced to the round of 8 for I think the 3rd time in the last 3 years. She has been so close here the last two years. Hopefully this is the year she gets it done!

She tees off around 12:45 with a chance to advance to the final 4.

Anna makes a statement with a 5 and 4 victory in the quarterfinals to advance to the semis.

With a win tomorrow morning, Anna would play for a North-South title tomorrow afternoon.

Morgan makes it to the final day for the 3rd straight year. That’s a pretty unreal accomplishment.

Morgan is probably not appreciated enough for how good she was while at Furman. Furman’s revolving door at the 4 and 5 spots have definitely hurt.

Furman has been lucky to have players like Srinivasan (sp?) and Morgan the last 7-8 years.
