The duo of SMC transfers, Verbeke and Kimbrell, get the win and the save. Verbeke wins his third of the season. We completely dominated a Penn team that Wofford also swept, although struggled to do so. 0-5 road trip for the Quakers in the Upstate, but at least they avoided the snowstorm.

I watched a little of the Wofford/Clemson game and decided that there is no way we should lose the series, much less a game, to the Rat Dogs this year. Clemson clearly had a USC hangover and took a while to get their bats going, but Wofford helped with 10 walks and two errors (dropped routine fly balls). Wofford is top 10 in the country in batters walked.

Hard to judge on mid-week games as weekend starters are not used by anyone.
