Not sure I have ever heard anyone so complimentary to players on the postgame show. And when there are deficiencies he points those out in a nice way.

If I was in charge I would hire him for life. I know it is a win-loss business but oh my goodness, what a great guy. And what a great guy to play for.

No doubt that he would be a great executive / manager / leader in any line of work.

Absolutely. I know I have said this before but he is extremely well read, especially in leadership and management.

Coach Richey is wise beyond his years. Not hung up on head coach self envy. One of his many talents is he sees and brings out the best talents of each guy on this team. Master motivator. He makes me want put on a uni and get after it. :D
The mental part aside he is also very wise with understanding the game on the floor and the opponets game. Great representative of Furman. Enjoy him while we have him.

I always learn something from him in press conferences about life...He's a great person and I know he is going to make such a difference in many Paladin basketball players' lives that stretches far beyond basketball. ..He's kind of like a person you would want to ask advice from about life if you could from time-to-time. ..I agree...Very wise and very genuine...Two real quality traits.

I hope he will buck the trend and not follow the money. If he ever leaves, it is what it is, but hopefully he will be here for a long time.

Yes he may be as good of a life coach as he is a basketball coach.

With our current level of attendance, we should give him a percentage of the concessions.
