Interesting thought from an ETSU fan on their board:
https://csnbbs.com/thread-1004838.html
"Kenpom ranks Furman at 138, with ETSU right behind them at 139. Despite Furman's strong record, I think ETSU has a better team. Bon Secours Arena doesn't provide the same level of home court advantage that Furman usually has, so I expect ETSU to win the game by 10+."

The kid from Wren is leading the state in scoring at 33 ppg. CBR has called him “special”. According to JD yesterday FU has no plans to increase to 15 scholarships so no transfer help next year unless a schollie opens up.

Vegas will make us the favorite, but by how much this time?

Not sure, if so it will be small. WC beat ET at ET by 2 last week, beat FU by 19 at FU. ETSU should be a double digit favorite but won’t be.

"ETSU and Furman are meeting for the 70th time with the Paladins holding a 35-34 series lead. Furman has won the last four series meetings and has claimed victories in the last six meetings in Greenville. In the last meeting on February 10, 2024, Furman captured a 65-63 victory over the Bucs in Johnson City, Tenn."
