Chance to win a fifth straight game and lock up the 3 seed this Friday night with a win at WCU and a Woff lose at ETSU

Never an easy place to win.

WCU is a decent defensive team, first in turnovers forced, but weak offensively, and the worst 3 pt shooting team in the league.

Ken Pom predicts a 76-67 FU win.

Furman/WCU game is on channel 40 Friday. 7pm.

Get 3 seed
Knock etsu down to #2

Replay wcu in first game
Then etsu

So we avoid mercer or uncg until the finals

I will be in Cullowhee....and in Johnson City.

I am looking for us to win 5 straight, starting with Friday night. We know what that would mean.....

If Wofford wins their last two games (ETSU & Mercer) and we go 1-1 in our final two (beat WCU & lose to ETSU) who gets the #3 seed? We'd both have the same conference record, overall record and split our series.

Woff would in that scenario, because they would have a win over ETSU and Furman would not


However if Woff loses Firday night to Etsu then Furman can go 0-2 and still will be the #3 seed, because we would be 2-0 vs. mercer and Woff went 1-1

JW has always ben an excellent free throw shooter especially for a big man. Have you noticed lately he has a hitch or jerk in his release and he is missing a lot. Wonder why he changed?
