Should FU terminate the basketball program after last nights performance?

After watching Furman Vs . North Greenville I think the Furman administration should cut all funds and end the season immediately. As many on here have pointed out Furman shot 5-25 from 3 compared to 22-44 from 3 last year vs NGU. Some might say this is a small sample size and that maybe we had off shooting nights on other games last year. I SAY NO. We simply will not get over the loss of AH and Garrison. Has coach Richey turned the program around in the last 5 years and made us one of the best mid major teams in the country? Yes but not the way I like it. We Shoot too many 3s. I want us to win but the way I want it. We should be able to shoot 3s and dominate teams in the paint. I don’t care about “statistics, or logic” I can see that we shoot a lot of shots that are really far from the basket and that’s bad. This should be the last game ever played for the Furman basketball team.

Drop basketball and use the funds to bring back baseball!

Then we can cancel baseball on more time, bring Hockey.
Timmons would be a great hockey rink. Ice On Main is a huge hit with Greenville!
