Interesting to read the thread from a year ago on this same topic:

SoCon John nailed it: UTC was the team to beat.

Well nevermind, this ranking has terrible updated info, also claims Mohammad Abdulsalam and Dante Treacy are gone from UNCG when that is in fact not true

What I do like so far is that this list shows that Carter Whitt actually upgraded to a better program by transferring from Wake Forest to Furman

Rated #83- Penn State- the Paladins' first opponent in the Charleston tournament.Penn State loses five players, including their best big man - 6'9" 240 lb. John Harrar, and their best three point shooter- guard Sam Sessions. They return two players who averaged double digits and bring in five freshmen and two transfers. The best newcomer appears to be 6'5" Andrew Funk, who scored almost 17ppg at Bucknell last year. They play a very slow paced style (#354 in the country according to Pomeroy) and rely on tough defense and a grind it out offense. Their front line is relatively short but chunky - probably very physical.

Paladins checking in at #75
I actually think we could have been a bit higher to a #12 seed projection, but bottom line all that matters this year is finally winning the SoCon and getting into the NCAA's

Vision, energy, always positive vibe (but candid/honest), 1st class people skills at the “ground level,” and FUBeAR (a mere infantryman) would imagine his people skills with the Top Brass & Elites are equally as developed.
If he’s not a jerk to work for, which doesn’t seem to be the case, he is an A+, 5-Star Player that we should endeavor to keep in FU Purple as long as possible …
…and #1 on his Performance Goals should always be the readiness of his successor to step into his role without missing a beat.
