Nield Gordon: One of the six jerseys retired by Paladins Men’s Basketball

Nield Gordon died Monday May 2, 2022, at age 91. Presumably he would have played at FU about 1949-1953. A highly accomplished Furman alumnus who served Furman, his country, South Carolina, and college basketball. Sympathy to his family, his friends, and all his former players and colleagues and mentees.
