During the PC game, one of our esteemed officials stopped play and called out the PC coach for “delay of the game.” There was no apparent penalty for said infraction. Later that same official ordered the PC team to sit down when they celebrated a basket. I’ve seen that before, but never “delay of the game.” Anyone know this rule?

Pretty sure the coach had the ball so the delay of game call? A second one would result in a technical.
