The real question is why is Carson still coach?

The real question is why is Carson still coach?

She seemingly has been a solid coach for 11 years.
From a W-L perspective, I would think that she ought to be permitted 3 or so consecutive bad seasons, beginning with last season (which was not so good), before it’s time to start questioning things.
But there are of course a lot of other factors that have to be considered beyond W-L.
What are the standards against which she ought to be considered?

Apparently mediocrity is the standard so she’s fine. It’s women’s basketball so it’s ok.
