not a very good team....thought we were better than this...oh well its Furman...what do I expect

"not a very good team". Where were you last Friday night in Louisville?
Have you ever said a good thing about FU basketball or Football? I bet you didn't even go to Furman?

Great remark by Bob Richey - disappointed but not discouraged.
My personal observations
Positives
- Slawson played well
- Garrison - I like him. We need to get him more shots.
-Alex Wms - I like him. I think he is going to be a good one.
Negatives
- We did not play good defense. Navy got way too many easy shots. I am surprised they did not shoot over 60% .
-We missed way too many easy shots.
- Some nights the ball does not bounce your way.
Agree - Disappointed but not discouraged!!

It was just one of those nights Navy got way too many easy shots.
Bothwell and Hunter may hit some 3’s but neither one are pure 3 point shooters like Garrison.
I think the key to us becoming a good team is CONSISTENCY and defense.
Hien has got to make his easy shots.
Most excited about the potential of Alex Williams.

Navy did shoot 60 percent, 60.7 to be exact. That followed their 47 point 35 percent shooting night against an awful Radford team.

Totally agree about Alex Williams. I love to watch a kid play that way.
