In our league, the regular season is somewhat pointless. A team can go undefeated and lose the tournament and they'll be sitting at home for the Dance. Playing this grueling schedule will help prepare us to win three in a row in the tournament.

While normally our postseason fate would be determined in the tournament. However there is a lot of talk this year about canceling conference tournaments all together.
