Interesting tweet. Maybe the answer to my question about moving all home games to The Well?

Could be, but more likely just close to scheduling 2-3 games like last year but I wouldn’t mind all home games at the Well this season.

Recent podcast from last week has some information in it. Also had Jordan Lyons on there as well. Check it out. Nothing said on schedule though...said still waiting for it to finalize.

It'll probably be released a couple of days before the first game if we have to wait for the SoCon.

There was article in yesterday’s Post and Courier about the difficulties of putting together a schedule, for most teams in America. This tweet reminded me that most fans of most teams are waiting.

Just wonder how hard it is? Teams only need to schedule 4-6 games and basically have the month of December to get them in. 18-20 conference games, 2-3 exempt games and 4-6 other= 27. If you are not in an exempt tourney you can only schedule 25 games. In FU’s case 18 conference games, 3 exempt games and 6 ooc games. Of course this is assuming the SoCon doesn’t do something stupid.

Schedule??

At this point would be happy for news how they are selecting unis, when the team photo will be taken and what color markers they are using to draw plays?

Any news at all!

FWIW the SEC announced a regular conference schedule a month ago. Obviously this is too hard for the SoCon to figure out.

This is good. First conference game is Dec 30th and a full 18 game SoCon skate, For Furman this means only 6 ooc games need to be scheduled. 18 conference, 3 exempt, 6 ooc. = 27 games.

Just got an email from JD as most of you did. SoCon to announce schedules this week, apparently Samford already has it. Says finalizing ooc basketball schedule and will announce soon.

You buried the lead...as far as FUBeAR is concerned...

“This week, the Southern Conference will announce fall and winter sports conference schedules, including fall sports that will take place in the spring.

But we still don't know if we'll be able to watch any basketball games in person.
