I am surprised, especially after reading comments on the Citadel fan forum. Duggar was a great fit and no coach is going to do any better.

Brown would be a great pickup for the Paladins. High quality. Like with Rafferty, the ball seems to find Brown. I can see him landing at one of the P5 schools.

With Slawson, Bothwell and Brown I think we would win Southern Conference tourney.

Regarding taking a transfer, if Bothwell and Slawson come back we will be at 13 scholarship players for next season

If we have any spots I would go with proven technology from the portal rather than unproven AAU guys. If we are gonna get over this hump, next year is the year and we need another good player to make up for Hunter and Garrison.

Remember the 13 limit is not in effect and will not be until the Covid thingy ages off. We had 17 players this year.

Duggar was more subdued than past years. Less profanity (that was good), less berating of his players in public (also good). Can't say I'll miss him.
