Love AB but he really struggles with layups. Up 31-16 when MR goes out with 4 minutes to go and get outscored 11-3 the rest of the half so to answer a question, we cannot play without MR. We can't stop Cummins. Not only does he have over half of their points he out hustling every Paladin beating them to every loose ball/rebound.

Shot the ball well first half but cannot put our foot on an opponets throat when we have them down. Mercer scratched the mo back thru our mistakes. Got to fight hard now to get mo back and Mercer's cry baby coach is gonna be in the ref's ear all night. Cmon finish this thing out! Should be up by 20.

Shooting 57 percent and 58 from 3 point. Mercer 30 and 31, yet only up 7. Bad sign. 8 TO's hurt. First 16 minutes were good, last 4 not so much.

Another good game from JL on 10-17 shooting. We got killed on the offensive boards 20-4. Held Cummings to 2 points in the second half.

Double digit road win vs a team ranked in the 150s is satisfying...

Jordan was great tonite. Only a couple unforced errors.

Mounce is an amazing shooter but shouldn’t be allowed to dribble outside the arc.

Gurley seems to be struggling in the post. Most of his plus plays are from the wing.

Brown hit some huge 3s and snagged some big rebounds.

This team makes me scream “what the FREAKING HELL!!” More than any other 18-5 team in history. Sloppy turnovers, bad shots, not blocking out on the boards, missed front ends of 1 and 1s....but then you look up and we are up 13 on the road late in the second half.

A win in a tough place to play is always good. Two cautionary observations. 1. when Raff goes out for any reason - tired, fouls, injured - we are in trouble 2. Shooting below 70% from the all important foul line is going to jump up and bite us on the arse one of these days. Practice, m'boys, practice.

MR with another solid game 12 points/8 rebounds in only 29 minutes. Clay Mounce also had another good game with 16 points on 6-8 shooting including 4-5 from 3.

Mercer is a bit odd to me, they can pull 3,000 fans in for a Saturday game, have had some decent success in basketball in the last 8 years, yet they have virtually no online fan base/presence
