Still expecting the lower bowl to get mostly sold, and some upper

The best part of the crowd should land during FU's second half, with our fans there of course and Clemson fans showing up for their game
Hope I’m wrong but I think the 25 or so SC fans leave after their game. The CU “crowd” arrives after the FU game.

They had a similar event in Atlanta this past weekend with arguably better teams and Phillips Arena was basically empty. 4-5 Loyola -Chicago best CU by 17.
None of those teams were local to Atlanta however

Greenville Winter Invitational makes ALOT more sense than that thing did

Actually I will take an 18-0 conference run. Not sure this game means anything other than a confidence-builder.

A shame there is not another state team with FU another team playing Clemson or USC. It could have been an amazing “tourney” or “format”. As is, not so much.
The MoJo for the SoCon run starts on Saturday

After MB and JS leave don’t be surprised to see FU on the CU schedule.

About Us

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage

GoPaladins.com is not affiliated with Furman University or its athletics programs.
