Can you provide me with a link to where the official (max) capacity is stated for the renovated Timmons?

If not than I still think we will be able to get close to 3,000 when you add standing room tickets sold.............

An article by Fox Carolina dated Feb. 20, 2024 titled "Furman athletics announces major renovations to Timmons Arena" states that the capacity of the renovated arena will be 2,750 fans.

Than indeed we can probably get 3,000 with standing room tickets around the entire bowl of the arena if needed for any particular game.............

I was told 2,750 includes the entire bowl of the arena, including standing room and the boxes.
