Lucky he fell on his a$$; else he would’ve broken his ankles.

I'd be interested to know how many 5 seeds in the SoCon tourney have had 25 wins.apaladin wrote: ↑Sat Mar 08, 2025 11:14 pmAnderson with 26, Pjay with 24 , House with 21. 71 of the 95 points. When is the last time we had three 20 point scorers in a D1 game. UTC must be licking their chops after 3 upsets today. Only 5, 6, and 7 stands in their way. They also have an advantage as they already have an NIT bid in hand.
Let's hope UTC is "licking their chops." Curious, why is having a NIT bid an advantage? I seriously doubt their team is thinking the auto NIT bid is a good thing if they lose.apaladin wrote: ↑Sat Mar 08, 2025 11:14 pmAnderson with 26, Pjay with 24 , House with 21. 71 of the 95 points. Dan Earl being mentioned for the LaSalle job and Frank Champion may not play again today. I’d say that with their distractions along with the way we played last night, we should be the ones licking our chops…Roundball wrote: ↑Sun Mar 09, 2025 9:07 amLet's hope UTC is "licking their chops." Just think knowing their season will not end today regardless is an advantage mentally but maybe not.Roundball wrote: ↑Sun Mar 09, 2025 9:07 amLet's hope UTC is "licking their chops." This is where adversity comes in. Suck it up. You only get this chance once a year. No excuses. Go Paladins!FUATT wrote: ↑Sun Mar 09, 2025 12:10 pmTough turn for us getting to hotel around midnight, losing an hour, and then having to play at four.
Hope we have enough rest. Sure that Coach has a plan to manage it the right way. But a tough turn.
But... good point about their distractions and possible over confidence, and its hard to beat a good team - and we are a good team - three times in a row.
Here's hoping we have plenty left in the tank.
