FU hoops is averaging 2,891 per home game downtown at Bon Secours Wellness Arena this year:

4,017 vs. Auburn
1,517 vs. Columbia International
2,007 vs. Jacksonville
2,867 vs. Tulane
3,227 vs. Princeton
2,374 vs. SC State
4,367 vs. Wofford
2,347 vs. ETSU
4,327 vs. UTC
2,737 vs. Samford
1,987 vs. Mercer
2,767 vs. UNCG
3,047 vs. VMI

It will be good to get back in Timmons but I have really enjoyed the games downtown. Bigtime atmosphere, better attendance,(8 games Timmons will not hold) better concessions, easy parking in and out, convenience. A shame the FU students chose not to participate. Hope we at least have one or 2 games there next year but that is very doubtful.

We will still play a couple games there every year 100%, its a great tool to have in our belt

Timmons is going to be the perfect size based on this years average attendance numbers.

Adding in the other 3 'home' games we have played this season and the vs. Citadel game today, FU Basketball will exceed the total attendance of FU Football this past season.
I know Football had one home game get canceled (Samford), but still makes for an interesting fact that I am not sure has happened around here in a long time.....
